[2.017] JetKayak plant response test

We needed to see how the kayak responds to its motor's thrust vector, so we commanded it to move forward at a steady 30% duty cycle while sweeping its steering servo back and forth (+20 degrees to -20 degrees and back)

It's not fully cordless yet, so we kept it talking to the computer via a really long usb tether and tried to prevent the tether from influencing the kayak dynamics. You can see at the kayak suddenly veering right at end of the video - we ran out of cord slack.
